Dr Magdalena Żabicka-Włodarczyk
I am a PhD in Management, researcher, and lecturer with expertise in scientific communication—transforming academic knowledge into clear, engaging insights for diverse audiences. Drawing on both a strong business background and active academic engagement, I connect research with practice through an exceptional talent for communication.
My work spans cross-cultural studies, intercultural marketing, digital transformation, and human–AI collaboration in organizational contexts, exploring how innovation and artificial intelligence reshape management, marketing, and education.
Before entering academia, I spent more than a decade in international business, delivering consumer and market insights and supporting their implementation across marketing, product, and e-commerce strategies—experience that included guiding market entry and global expansion.
Current Roles & Research Focus
I serve as Associate Researcher at the Center for Cross-Cultural Management at Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) in Switzerland and as Lecturer at DSW University of Lower Silesia in Poland. As Social Media Editor for the Journal of Change Management, I support an international community of scholars and practitioners engaged in leadership and organizational transformation. My current research focuses on attitudes toward artificial intelligence in the workplace in Poland and Switzerland and climate adaptation and resilience strategies in companies. I am particularly interested in how technology, cross-cultural dynamics, and market knowledge shape innovation, learning, and collaboration within organizational and educational contexts.
